Organizational Behavior

Which ones are the main challenges?

Today’s world is immersing in a corporate competition and cost pressures and it makes that organizations look for improving quality and productivity, but it can be achieve with the understanding of organizational behavior, where managers face three challenges which are: Globalization, Workforce diversity, and ethics.

Responding to globalization in terms to maintain competitive advantage and specialization is necessary to employ, reengineering and techniques like downsizing, outsourcing, and restructuring it helps the organization remain on his objectives and also in the struggle to maintain in the market.

Organizations are also becoming more heterogeneous; they are constantly looking for diversity in the work force because it provides different vision not only inside the company but also in the international market developing his operation. Finally there is a demand for ethical behavior that is translated in to reasoning for improving business.
