I found it very interesting how Daniel deals with the subject The Corporation, when he explains that "the end justifies the means" is not necessarily a bad thing depends on the manner in which that purpose is directed. I think many corporations today are seeking ways to redirect their strategies not only for profitability but also to accompany a term that is widely used recently, social responsibility and also to seek ways to work together with other companies to generate progress.
This topic about motivation, Juan´s blog describe a different perspective when people does not make any effort to do something, but contrary to Juan´s opinion I think that people nowadays are changing their thoughts because the competitiveness inside the organizations and employees are looking most than just Maslow pyramid, they are looking for their own satisfactions of making good things and also personal overcoming.
I am totally agree with Daniela when she says that leadership is a skills that a managers should have and according with the video team development is part of leadership that’s why companies look for those kind of skills when they are hiring a person there is also very important to manage the goals of a company and furthermore to know how explore the different role of individuals and put it on practice.
